I came in with really bad tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. Lily focused on those areas and put the perfect amount of pressure where the tension seemed to just melt away. I definitely recommend and will be back.

I was really tense and just couldn't roll of it my stress on the foam roller, so on a whim I looked for somewhere local that could get me in today. I was very impressed and came out feeling amazing. In the last 6 months I have had massages at Massage Envy on Fenton, a posh little spa in Kirkwood, and a few on-the-soot locations while traveling. This was the best massage I have had all year! Don't let her size fool you; she is strong and can really dig in, which I like. She did a great job asking my pressure level and adjusting to meet my needs. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Best massage!! I went in for deep relaxation and stress relief. I felt fantastic after my 60 minute massage. This was my first experience with the hot stones and I loved it! Lily found problem areas I didn’t realize I had and really worked through them. I also loved the hot towels near the end. She was kind and professional, and made me feel comfortable. The place is calming and clean. I will be back!
